In Yoga field I have started it since last 7 years and in Yoga I have studied the Yoga Teacher (Level 2) & Yoga Teacher - Evaluator (Level 3) certificate courses and also done the Masters Degree in Yogshastra. I have my personal had written notes of all semesters of MA Yogshatra and I am giving these notes to Aspirants free of cost.
